Cobus Krige

Cobus has a 12 year military background and joined the Real Estate Profession in 1996.  Cobus obtained a National Diploma in Real Estate (majoring in Property Valuation). He is therefore in a position to better understand property prices and to determine market value with due consideration to current market conditions.

He is registered with the EAAB as a full status agent and is also a proud member of IEASA.
He is registered with Services Seta as a Constituent Assessor and Moderator for the compulsory NQF4/5 Real Estate Qualification.

In addition to his vast property expertise, Cobus has a passion to give back to our industry by assisting and educating agents in their real estate careers.  Cobus is currently a mentor to Intern Estate Agents and is assisting and facilitating many successful transactions to the benefit of all parties involved.

 As a trained facilitator he has presented many training sessions and courses and like to stay up to date with the latest changes in the industry and legislation – all to be of better service to you as the valuable client.
