For the past 8 years, Joyce's main focus has been the rental side of real estate, which she is extremely passionate about. She truly enjoys assisting landlords and tenants to ensure a hassle-free rental experience.

Joyce grew up in Durbanville and throughout the years she managed residential and development properties in the Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, and even Paarl.
