Theo Theocharides is working with Harcourts Dunn in the Northern Suburbs, and he specialises in residential property, specifically in sales around the Durbanville area. He recently joined Harcourts, with 7 years’ experience in the property industry, specialising in the Century City area, mainly in sectional title as well as selling freehold properties. After spending many years of his working career, operating his own businesses, as a self-employed professional in many sectors of the hospitality world in food and beverage, catering as well novelty consumable products, he decided he needed a new challenge in the world of business.

He has since completed his NQF4 and PDE and enjoyed the privilege of dealing with Sellers, Buyers and Investors, both locally and abroad. He was also fortunate to work with a Developer and successfully sell retirement properties off-plan to an affluent clientele in Ridgeworth. He was compelled to seek employment elsewhere once the project was completed and due the rising costs of petrol and operating expenses, he decided to re-locate his business interests to the local arena, where he resides.

What he finds comforting in placing people in their property of choice is the diversity that the profession offers in both the character and personality of the person whom you deal with as well as the variety of properties that the market proposes.
